Ultra d.o.o. strives to provide the best possible service to our customers. With this privacy statement
we would like to outline the way we use data you have provided us with by using our website
www.beneteau-croatia.hr or corresponding with us through e-mails.

We collect information about you when you request information or an offer from us (name and
email). In case of chartering one of our boats, we require the following additional information to
create the crew list and to register you in the E-Visitor-System: name and surname, date of birth and
place of birth, passport or ID card number, number of boating license. All this data is required to
register the stay of our guests with the competent authorities of the Republic of Croatia.


The way we use information
We use your personal data in the following situations:
- to create an offer for the requested service,
- to occasionally inform you by email (information about new products or promotions). Each of these promotional emails contains instructions on how to unsubscribe from the mailing list.
- to send valuables left on board to your address (upon your request)

Ultra d.o.o. does not sell, trade or rent any of your personal information. We are obliged to disclose
your personal data only in the case of a court order or for the protection of the rights of Ultra d.o.o.

We use "cookies", Google on the website and links to / from other websites.
